Healing, Transformation, and Christ-Centered Belonging
Whether you’re navigating the gap between who you know you are in Christ and how you’re actually living, hungry for biblical depth, or longing for authentic community – Soul Work Institute offers spaces for you to be transformed, not just comforted.
Soul-Centered Therapy
Space to encounter Christ and be transformed by Him.
Soul-Centered Therapy is for women who know there’s more.
More than managing symptoms. More than coping strategies. More than surface-level faith that doesn’t penetrate the places you’re actually struggling.
This is a biblically grounded space where you meet with God and He does what only He can do – transform you from the inside out. We provide clinical wisdom, ask the right questions, and guide you toward biblical truth. But the Holy Spirit does the work of conviction, healing, and transformation.
Here, you’ll:
- Encounter God’s love in a way that reshapes how you see yourself
- Bring your whole self before Him – the struggle, the doubt, the messy parts – and experience His grace
- Learn to discern His voice and follow His leading toward freedom
- Address both the psychological patterns and spiritual realities keeping you stuck
- Discover what it means to live from your true identity in Christ
Who this is for: Women navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, spiritual exhaustion, or the quiet ache of feeling fractured despite doing “all the right things.” Women ready to stop managing and start being transformed.
What to expect: Faith-integrated sessions that honor both clinical insight and biblical truth. A safe space to meet with God honestly. Guidance toward the freedom Christ offers, not formulas or quick fixes.
Pricing:
- Insurance: $0-150/session (Aetna, Cigna, BCBS Michigan PPO, Priority Health accepted)
- Private Pay: $150/session (sliding scale available, superbills provided)
Whether you’re processing anxiety, burnout, spiritual exhaustion, or the quiet ache of feeling lost, this space is for you.
Discipleship (Coming Soon)
For women ready to go deeper in God’s Word and walk it out in everyday life.
This offering is for women who are spiritually curious, hungry for truth, and ready to move from knowing about God to walking in intimacy with Him.
This isn’t devotional content or inspirational quotes. It’s structured, intentional soul work through biblical teaching, guided reflection, and practical application. You’ll be anchored in Scripture, formed by truth, and equipped to walk out your calling with courage and clarity.
What we’ll cover:
- Identity formation through biblical truth (not self-help principles)
- How to let Scripture penetrate beyond information into transformation
- Spiritual practices that cultivate depth, not just discipline
- Living as a vessel of His presence in everyday life
- Moving from fractured to whole, from bound to free, from dimmed to radiant
Who this is for: Women who want more than weekly Bible studies that don’t change how they live. Women ready for depth with God. Women who sense there’s a gap between their theology and their lived experience and want to close it.
Christ-Centered Community (In Formation)
Authentic sisterhood for women pursuing wholeness, freedom, and radiance together.
You weren’t meant to walk alone.
This future offering will create space for women to gather online and eventually in person to practice biblical sisterhood, share stories, and grow together in grace and truth.
Think soul-filled conversations, spiritual friendship, and gentle accountability rooted in Scripture and love.
What this will include:
- Spirit-led conversations around soul work themes
- Shared study and reflection on biblical truth
- Gentle accountability rooted in love, not shame
- Prayer, worship, and presence together
- Space to be seen, known, and held in authentic community
Who this is for: Women who long for real sisterhood. Women tired of performing in Christian spaces. Women ready to be known and to know others deeply. Women pursuing transformation together.

The Soul Work Difference
We believe Christ transforms. Not us. Not techniques. Not strategies. Christ. We create space for you to encounter Him. He does what only He can do – reshape your identity, restore your joy, set you free.
We honor both clinical wisdom and biblical truth. Psychology helps us understand how we’re wired. Scripture reveals who God is and who we are in Him. The Holy Spirit applies truth to our hearts and transforms us.
We’re here for women ready to meet with God. If you want quick fixes or surface-level encouragement, there are easier paths. We’re here for women ready to bring their whole selves before the Lord and let Him do deep work.
We lead with His love and truth. Grace and truth came through Jesus Christ (John 1:17). We follow His example – loving you with His love, pointing you to His truth, trusting Him to transform.
FAQ
Q: How is this different from regular therapy? A: Soul-Centered Therapy integrates clinical psychological insight with biblical truth as the foundation. We address both the patterns keeping you stuck and the spiritual realities shaping your life. The goal isn’t just symptom management – it’s transformation through encounter with Christ.
Q: Do I have to be a Christian to work with you? A: Our approach is explicitly Christ-centered and biblically grounded. We welcome women exploring faith, but this work assumes Scripture as authoritative truth and Jesus as central to transformation.
Q: What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help? A: Many women come to us after traditional therapy felt incomplete or surface-level. Soul Work goes deeper – addressing not just thoughts and behaviors, but identity, belief, and spiritual formation. If you’re ready for something different, this might be it.
Q: Is this just therapy with Bible verses added? A: No. Biblical truth is our foundation, not an add-on. We’re not dressing up secular approaches in Christian language. We’re doing soul work from a biblical worldview where encounter with Christ is the source of transformation.
Q: How long does this take? A: Transformation isn’t a quick process. Some women work with us for a season (3-6 months), others for longer. The pace depends on where you’re starting, what you’re working through, and how ready you are to do deep work.
