Our Beginning: A Story of Return
Soul Work Institute was born out of surrender.
For years, I lived frantically… always doing, always carrying, always trying to get ahead of whatever scary thing was around the corner. I was a believer, a helper, and a high achiever. But underneath it all, I was tired, disconnected, and longing for something deeper.
It wasn’t until the Lord invited me to stop striving that I began to discover the freedom I had been seeking all along.
Through stillness, study, and deep soul work, He taught me how to live as His, not just in theory but in identity, body, presence, and love. He reshaped how I saw myself. He restored my Joy and transformed how I showed up in the world.
Soul Work Institute exists because I believe that same invitation is available to you.
That invitation isn’t just to rest (though rest is part of it). It’s to be transformed. To have your identity reshaped by His love. To walk in freedom you didn’t think was possible. To become a vessel of His presence that brings peace and power into every space you enter.
This is soul work – not self work. And that changes everything.
Our Mission
Soul Work Institute exists to guide women into a transformative encounter with the love of Christ, disciple them in the truth of His Word, and shape them into vessels of His radiance, rest, and love so they live whole, walk free, and mirror His presence in every aspect of life.
Our Vision
We envision a generation of women who have experienced the love of Christ so deeply that it reshapes their identity, restores their joy, and transforms their way of living. Through Soul Work Institute, they become grounded in truth, radiant with His glory, and vessels of His love, bringing peace, presence, and power into every room they enter.
What We Offer
At SWI, we believe healing and holiness are not separate. Emotional wholeness and spiritual formation are deeply intertwined, and both are essential to a life that reflects Christ.
But we’re not interested in surface-level solutions or quick fixes. We’re here for women ready to go deep – to let biblical truth penetrate the places where they’re actually struggling and experience the kind of transformation that changes how they live.
We currently serve women through:
- Soul-Centered Therapy
Faith-integrated counseling for women navigating the gap between who they know they are in Christ and how they are actually living. This is where we create space for you to encounter God’s love in a way that transforms. We provide the clinical wisdom and biblical grounding. The Holy Spirit does the heart work that changes everything. - Discipleship
Biblically grounded mentorship for women desiring depth with God and clarity in their identity.
This isn’t feel-good inspiration. It’s intentional formation through teaching, guided reflection, and life application that honors Scripture over self-help trends. A space to grow in wisdom, rootedness, and reverence as you walk out your calling with courage - Christ-Centered Community (In Formation)
A community of women becoming whole, free, and spiritually grounded together.
This space will nurture real connection: Spirit-led conversations, truth-filled encouragement, and gatherings that reflect God’s gentleness and glory. Built not on performance or perfection, but on presence, peace, and pursuit of His heart.

We lead with transformation, not just symptom management. Our goal isn’t to help you cope better with anxiety or manage your emotions more effectively (though that often happens). Our goal is to guide you into encounter with Christ that reshapes your identity and transforms how you live.
We’re not afraid of depth. If you want encouraging posts and surface-level inspiration, there are a thousand accounts for that. We’re here for women ready to do real soul work – the kind that requires honesty, surrender, and courage.
We believe the gap between knowing and living can close. You don’t have to stay stuck between the woman you know you are in Christ and the woman you’re actually being. Through biblical truth, clinical insight, and the presence of the Holy Spirit, transformation is possible.

Whether you come through the therapy door, the discipleship door, or just peek in with curiosity, I want you to know this:
💚You don’t have to perform your way into peace.
💚You don’t have to earn your place at the table.
You are already loved. Already held. Already His.
But here’s what I also want you to know:
You were made for more than you’re currently experiencing.
More wholeness. More freedom. More of His presence radiating through you. More power to bring peace into every room you enter.
That “more” isn’t found in striving harder or doing more. It’s found in encounter with Christ’s love that transforms you from the inside out.
